Our safe tried and tested method of pumping chemicals through a low-pressure soft wash system to the surface of the wall from ground level, will kill and minimalize the threat of re-growth.
The biological process will show immediate results and will continue to improve for up to 24 hours. The surface will return to its algae-free original colour and sandstone window sills look like new.

In our experience, we recommend that once your walls have been treated, the most effective way to maintain a high-quality appearance is to have a regular maintenance schedule eliminating the requirement for a second application, thus making it a more cost-effective solution.
We strongly recommend that you don't try to simply paint over algae, as it will grow back and having it treated is a lot less expensive. We clean every type of render including Monocouche and K Render.
